We charge your card, prepare your order, deliver it to Rápido Cargo, and they will make the final delivery to your home.

What cards do you accept?
We accept all Visa and MasterCard cards except American Express. If you need to pay with American Express please send us an email to and we will be happy to help you.

Are all pieces unique?
Every piece is created individually by hand and may vary in size, color and shape.

How long will I receive my order?
In 3 to 7 business days after placing your order.

Where do you deliver?
A all departments of Honduras. If you need shipping to El Salvador, Nicaragua, Guatemala and the United States, please visit our International website.

Can I pick up in store?
If you are in San Pedro Sula, you can enter your order online, pay, and pick it up in store. You will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up.

Can I pay in cash or bank transfer?
Yes, you can make a deposit to our BAC, Honduras account. Send us an email to help you.

What is the return policy?
Due to the current global health situation, exchanges or product returns will not be accepted.

How do I take care of my piece?
Your accessory is a delicate piece of precious metals. To prolong its life, avoid contact with water. Do not apply perfume with your accessory on. Your PH affects the durability of the accessory. Do not use your accessory when exercising. Handle the accessory with care and avoid contact with chemicals.

How long does a pre-order take?

Pre Order works by reserving your piece while we produce. We only make a limited quantity and thus avoid overproducing
